BJS Maths: Year 5 maths team win bronze

By Mr. Setchell on Friday, February 2, 2018 in Maths, Year 5. 1 Comment

Today, our year 5 mathematics team took part in a Maths Challenge event at King Edward’s School.

The team battled hard against phenomenal competition to come away with bronze medals. Like all our maths teams, they were complimented by their invigilating  teacher from another school on their exemplary manners and cooperative spirit. Well done, children!

Arriving in bright winter sunshine.

Some impressively imaginative warming up from the girls involving square roots and negative numbers.

The bronze medal-winning team.
