Learning Adventure

Learning Adventure consists of a number of subjects: Art, D & T, Geography and History.  These subjects are not taught in isolation, but rather as cross curricular so that the children are able to access absolutely all areas of learning for each topic.  This is achieved by introducing the topic, be it Romans, Vikings, Birmingham or Showtime, and immersing the children in it through independent research and teaching.  As the children take ownership of the direction it goes, their learning becomes more relevant and meaningful, ensuring that everyone is able to reach their full potential.  By making it ‘hands-on’ and cross curricular, they are able to share their skills and knowledge, allowing every child to achieve, learn and enjoy!
