Year 3 had an exciting and interesting afternoon. They had a visit from Mr Newman, who is a jewellery maker. He shared lots of interesting designs and information about hi trade. The children asked some amazing questions. We hope that you enjoy our photos.
Year 3 have been working hard this week; creating sarcophagi, building pyramids and learning Egyptian style dancing, and they made ginger bread biscuits as well! Take a look at our lovely photos!
Today year three have been looking at a time line for Ancient Egypt. Continuing our chronology of time, the children helped to sequence the events that happened during the time period and relate this to our previous learning.

This week year 3 went on an exiting visit to Sarehole Mill in Moseley. We went on the 11 bus, during the day we built Stone-Age shelters, we took part in an archaeological dig and created cave paintings. Take a look at our exciting photos…
