Year 6 World War Artefacts afternoon

By Gary Evans on Thursday, February 16, 2017 in Uncategorized, Year 6. No Comments

Year 6 had a fantastic afternoon looking at genuine artefacts from both  World Wars.  Harry Andrew’s cousin came in to show the children a variety of items from gas masks to medals.  Children were able to try on uniforms, handle rifles and sound the air raid siren. Even some of the teachers got involved!

A big thank you to Michael and Glenis Egan and Harry’s mum Rachel who came along to help.
